Welcome to the Institute of Living Aloha.
We are a Hawaiian wisdom and bodywork school
based on unceded lands in Australia,
offering Spiritual Hawaiian Lomilomi Massage trainings, practitioner sessions, counselling, mentoring,
supervision and online professional development
rooted in Hawaiian culture and lineage.
Founded by Charlie Snow (Nani Ke Aloha)
with the blessing of Hawaiian Elder Papa K,
our school is guided by the teachings entrusted to us through our Kūmu and Kūpuna.
Together, our certified teachers and practitioners steward this sacred work with humility, accountability, and aloha — unconditional love in action.
We proudly stand with Ka Lāhui Hawai‘i, supporting their mission of self-governance and the preservation of Hawaiian culture through a portion of our profits.
At the Institute of Living Aloha, we acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities as the Traditional Custodians
of the lands and waters where we live, learn, teach and practise.
We honour their continuing connection to Country
and pay our respects to Elders past and present.
We pay the rent here.
Always Was, Always Will Be.
